Dalslands Aktiviteter has its very own restaurant, Stenebygrytan, which offers a variety of tasting experiences for all ages with locally produced meat and inspiration from the forest and lake .
Although the restaurant is indoors with its very special design, most of the food is delivered outdoors!
Enjoying a good meal made from farm produce in a fantastic setting creates memories!

Menu
Charcuterier plate with delicacies from Dalsland game.
Venison meatballswith cream sauce, lingonberries, picklesand boiled potatoes.
(Adult and child portion).
–Mooseburger with Västerbotten cheese, truffle mayonnaise, lingonberry mayonnaise, pickled cucumber, pickled red onion, salad and tomato. French fries.
-Vegetarianburger with the same accessories except that it is Vegan cheese.
-Poachedsalmon with new potatoes, dill sauce, salad, and mustard dressing.
-Pastais served with an Italian tomato and vegetable stew (Torparkorv sausage from Dalsland Game) and topped with Parmesan flakes.
Seasonalcrumble pie for dessert with ice cream.

Book a table and make dad (or bonus dad, grandpa, grandpa – yes, all father figures!) “king” for a day.

The menu begins with a delicious beer tasting, accompanied by local game tapas – a rustic and tasty start.

Oven-baked pike-perch fillet with citrus-scented primers and butter sauce topped with dill.
-Wild boar loin with lentil ragu topped with roasted Dalsland bacon and apple.

Dessert
Cake buffet 3-4 kinds of cake on the coffee table.

Dalsland menu
– a taste experience rooted in the Dalsland nature, where game and forest treasures take center stage.
For larger parties, we can customize menu proposals where the forest and lakes can be our pantry – for a memorable moment together. With inspiration from Dalsland’s nature, we create meals based on seasonal ingredients, local food crafts and flavors that reflect the place.

When the winter darkness settles down, it is wonderful to have something to look forward to, like the Christmas table that is served in our beautiful and atmospheric premises. We have a strong focus on our own game products and several of the delicacies come from the local area.
In December, we set our wild Christmas table and lots of goodies.
