Dalslands Aktiviteter has its very own restaurant, Stenebygrytan, which offers a variety of tasting experiences for all ages with locally produced meat and inspiration from the forest and lake .

Although the restaurant is indoors with its very special design, most of the food is delivered outdoors!

Starter
– Cold Easter plate with the pot’s own spiced herring, salmon, egg halves, scrambled eggs and new potatoes.
– Easter-inspired food waffle served with sour cream, seaweed caviar and red onion.

Hot dish
– Easter lamb is served with thyme-roasted potatoes and haricots verts.
– Butter-fried wild trout served with chive sauce and new potatoes.
– The farm’s venison steak is served with potato cake, game sauce and spring primers.

Dessert
– Pannacotta with white chocolate and mango sauce.
– Berry sauce with local ice cream.
