Lunch is served at the restaurant.<\/p>\n

Giant swing, pole jump and Jacob\u2019s ladder, some really exciting adventures that also challenge both the group and the individual.<\/p>\n

17.00 <\/b>
Accommodation in Teepees. You have your own camp down by the lake Iv\u00e4g.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your own time, you live right next to the lake and can, for example, take the opportunity to swim!<\/p>\n

18.00 <\/b>
Barbecue evening, the food comes from the restaurant but you grill yourself.<\/p>\n

19.30 <\/b>
Evening exercise with our church boats on the lake. The exercise is called \u201cStick iv\u00e4g p\u00e5 Iv\u00e4g\u201d and requires cooperation and endurance.<\/p>\n

22.00 <\/b>
Brief evaluation and then sausages in bread.<\/p>\n

Your own evening around the campfire and overnight stay in tepees embedded with spruce twigs and reindeer skins.<\/p>\n

Day 2<\/h5>\n

Breakfast is served at the campsite followed by the \u201crear view mirror\u201d where we look back on the previous day\u2019s experiences.<\/p>\n

Activity session where the group tries \u201cL\u00e5gbana 2\u201d, a team exercise just above ground level Abseiling, a delightful mix of experience and challenge!<\/p>\n

Lunch is served at the restaurant.<\/p>\n
